Lucius Vorenus the Younger, or simply Lucius, is the biological son of Niobe and Evander Pulchio, the half-brother of Vorena the Elder and Vorena the Younger, and the step-son of Lucius Vorenus and Niobe's sister Lyde.

History[]

Lucius was conceived sometime before the end of the Gallic Wars, when Niobe was still grieving over the false news that Vorenus had been killed in battle. She engaged in sex with her brother-in-law, Lyde's husband Evander.

Season One[]

On his return to the Aventine, Vorenus witnessed Niobe holding the infant Lucius, believing she had been unfaithful. Niobe quickly gave Lucius to Vorena the Elder, and from there, she convinced Vorenus that Lucius was Vorena's son by Crito, a drover's boy.

Season Two[]

Throughout the second season, the child hardly ever speaks. He simply goes along with the scheming of his sisters to escape Vorenus, given their savage hatred of him resulting from the death of their mother, Niobe.

Portrayal[]

From Utica to the Kalends of February, he was played by Marco Pollak. From Passover to A Necessary Fiction, he was played by Alessio Cuna. For the final two episodes he was played by Stefan Brown.
